I am currently working on my thesis entitled: DENCARE: National Dengue Health Care and Research (NDHCR), “A SPECIALIZED HOSPITAL FOR PATIENT CARE, AND RESEARCH FOR DENGUE IN CAVITE".

May I request the following data/information from your office in compliance to the initial requirements of my thesis;

Letter of Financial Support, certificate wherein the budget expenses is supported by your department theoretically.
