Hi,

I would like to request for a copy of the Joint Memorandum Circular No.2014-1 dated May 15, 2014 for the "Guidelines and Procedures on the use of Cashless Purchase Card (CPC) System" for reference in the conduct of my study. I already found it under the issuances tab in your website but whenever I click the link for the copy of the document, it displays an error message.
