Good day.
I was not able to get the required information. But I am one of the DOST-SEI RA 7687 Scholars listed in the 2020 Deployment. The list was given February of 2020 and I was informed by Carcar City Division that the item is available and is sent to dbm September of 2020.
This is the information I have as of now.

Please be informed that official requests forwarded to our office are received through our Document Management System (DMS). Based on our records, we did not receive the pertinent documents regarding your concern.
We, however, coordinated with the Human Resource Section of the DepEd Division of Carcar City and were informed that your concern has already been settled. As represented by said Division Office, DepEd Central Office already coordinated with them regarding this matter.
Hence, may we suggest that you coordinate with DepEd Division of Carcar City for information.
