You asked for NBC 461 Guidelines for Cycle 8 and Cycle 9.

For your perusal, attached is a copy of CHED-DBM Joint Circular No. 1, series of 2022 with regard to the implementation of the 8th Evaluation Cycle of National Budget Circular (NBC) No. 461.

Conversely, the CHED and DBM have yet to issue the guidelines for the implementation of the 9th Evaluation Cycle of NBC No. 461 .
