Good morning Sirs/Maam;
I would like to seek guidance on how will we treat the case of one of our Nurses. (will name her "NURSE A" in our example)
1 - As of Jan 1, 2020 - NURSE A is occupying a Nurse I regular plantilla position adn is already in Step 7 (Nurse I, SG 11-7)
2 - On March 16, 2020, - NURSE A was promoted to NURSE II, SG 15-1 and was validated by CSC sometime in July, 2020.
Our query is, her NPASA for Jan 1, 2020 - March 15, 2020 would be upgrading of her SG from SG 11-7 to SG 15-7. But she was promoted to Nurse II, SG 15-1 effective March 16, 2020. How do we go about this? Thank
