Hi! As per DBM Circular No. 2010-11 dated November 18, 2011 on Revised Local Water District Manual on Categorization, Re-categorization and other related matters (LWD-MaCRO), I would like to request the verification of:

This refers to your request for a copy of the approved Qualification Standards (QS) for the Management Information Systems Analyst position.

Please be informed that it is the Civil Service Commission (CSC), as the central personnel agency of the government, which reviews and updates the QS for first and second level positions in the bureaucracy. Hence, you may wish to coordinate directly with the CSC with regard to your concern.
