Hi I would like to request for the copy of liquidation on ESP-SAP for Brgy. Cardona, Gerona, Tarlac. It's purpose is to check the suspected faults on the posted masterlist of beneficiaries of the said program. It is to comply for the rule of the president on zero-tolerance on graft and corruption.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 13, 2020 09:28:35 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We regret to inform you that your request for copy of liquidation of Social Amelioration Program - Emergency Subsidy Program (SAP-ESP) including the masterlist of beneficiaries of Barangay Cardona, Gerona, Tarlac cannot be provided by this office as the alloted budget for the barangay is provided by DSWD while the identification of the beneficiaries is submitted by the LGU to DSWD. Hence, we suggest that the query be referred instead to DSWD ROIII.
