Good day! I would like to request for the documents with the national budget for each fiscal year from the administration of Pres. Ferdinand Marcos (1965-1987) until the administration of Pres. Joseph Estrada (1999-2001). This will be used as part of the analysis and discussion in my undergraduate thesis which aims to evaluate the economic impact of military spending on the economy among other things. Being able to access such information would be significantly helpful in fulfilling the objectives of my study. I look forward to your favorable response to this and thank you very much!
