To provide us the necessary information for the conduct of our monitoring, we are writing to request the following:
· List of Programs and Projects submitted from 2016 to present by beneficiary LGUs to the DBM Regional Office that are covered by the said Local Budget Memoranda (LBM Nos. 69, 71, 72, and 73)
· Supporting documents accompanying these lists that include (i) approved Sanggunian ordinance or resolution; (ii) mechanism and period of implementation; and (iii) projected and estimated number of beneficiaries

In the exercise of our right to information, as strengthened by Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, we are writing to request the following:
1) List of Programs and Projects submitted from 2016 to present by beneficiary LGUs to the DBM Regional Offices that are pursuant to the aforementioned Local Budget Memoranda
2) Supporting documents that include (i) approved Sanggunian ordinance or resolution; (ii) mechanism and period of implementation; and (iii) projected and estimated number of beneficiaries
We made a similar request on July 16, 2021. While the Local Government and Regional Coordination Bureau was prompt in involving DBM Regional Offices, only Region II responded and complied with our request. We look forward to having access to these documents for the conduct of our monitoring. We also request that any adjustments in earmarking provisions be reflected, where applicable, as a result of the recently passed sin tax laws.
