Thank you for your request dated Aug 17, 2022 11:19:07 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Recruitment and Selection Process.

In general, there are five (5) stages in the selection process in the Department of Budget and Management: (1) Paper Evaluation conducted by the Administrative Service-Human Resource Management Division (AS-HRMD) wherein applicant's qualifications are evaluated against the qualification standards of the position; (2) Initial Interview and Examination of qualified applicants conducted by the AS-HRMD. (3) Psychometric Examination of qualified applicants administered by the Department's testing service provider; (4) Bureau/Service/Office Evaluation of applicants who passed the psychometric examination; (5) Post Evaluation (Medical, Clearances, Background Investigation) or the provisional job offer to applicants favorably considered by B/S/O.
