Hello. I'm working on a thesis on national-ARMM government relations during the PNoy administration. 

DBM was the secretariat for the Good Governance and Anti-Corruption cabinet cluster during the PNoy administration from 2011-2016. 

May I request the following:
1. Copy of the highlights/ minutes of the meeting and other relevant information wherein ARMM/ Autonomous Regional Government was part of the agenda.
2. Expert from DBM who can discuss the dynamics in these meetings.
