Dear Mr. Torrejeas,

This refers to your inquiry on whether the NOSCA intended for DOST Scholars in Region 7 has already been released.

The issuance of the NOSCA for the different schools divisions of the Department of Education  is already delegated to the DBM Regional Offices.  Hence, it will be our DBM Regional Office No. VII, Cebu City which will be in a better position to address your request.
