Dear Ms. Recierdo:

This refers to your Request for Information (RFI) dated August 2, 2021 which was received by this Office from the FOI Officer of DBM Central Office on August 3, 2021, asking whether the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) for your Equivalent Record Form (ERF) – Reclassification of Position from Teacher I to Teacher III was already posted or released.

Per records of this Office, we have already approved NOSCA No. 0502021-07-032 on July 28, 2021 and is effective not earlier than July 1, 2021. The copy of said NOSCA, addressed to the School Principal of Balogo High School, was already released and mailed on July 30, 2021.

Attached hereto is a scanned copy of the Notice of Full Grant (Annex E) for your requested information.
