Hi! Good day! I am Leonardo LLena Dayos. I would like to make a follow up with regards to my issuance of Notice of Organization, Staffing, and Compensation Action (NOSCA) as Teacher III. I am currently working at Bartolome Sangalang National High School as Teacher I under Guimba East District-Department of Education-Nueva Ecija. I roughly understand the long wait for the issuance of the document. I have received an approved ERF for couple of months ago specifically May. I appreciate hearing or receiving a prompt action regarding this matter.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated December 7, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch relative to the issuance of NOSCA on your approved ERF as Teacher III.

We would like to inform you that this Office already released the FY 2021 NOSCAs for the 1st and 2nd batches of Approved ERFs, MTs and Reclassification of Positions. Upon checking on our records, we regret to inform you that your name was not included in the lists submitted by DepEd ROIII.

In view hereof, you may coordinate with Deped ROIII as they are in the best position to answer your query.
