Dear FOI Team,

I currently have a research interested in describing the different policy approval processes in the government.

As my first step, I want to find out the policy approval process of other National Government Agencies (NGAs) that formulates policies in the country. Doing so will provide me an overview of the similarities, variances, and best practices in policy making process of each NGA.

With this, may I request to have a workflow/protocol of the policy approval process.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Please refer to the following link where you may download the DBM Citizen's charter: https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/about-us/dbm-citizen-s-charter. The DBM citizen's charter includes among others, pertinent evaluation and policy-making DBM processes, in connection with the performance of our mandates and functions.

My apologies for the late reply. I encountered a problem in accessing the FOI dashboard and the matter was just resolved last October 15, 2020.

Your right to request a review
