Please be informed that as a matter of policy, Compensation Policy Guidelines are issued for internal purposes only. 

May we further inform  you that recent guidelines applicable for all kinds of allowances, benefits and incentives are available from the DBM website, specifically the Compendium on Organization, Staffing, Position Classification, and Compensation.
