Hello. I would like to request a soft copy of local budget circulars 53 and 55. 
Further, i would like to inquire if there are issuances which may  probably suggest or imply that LGUs may give additional subsidy/allowance to national government agencies assigned to the LGU provided the magna carta benefits of its employees shall have been satisfied.
