I hope this message finds you well, I am writing to formally request a copy of the DBM Budget Operations Manual for Local Government Units 2023 Edition mentioned under Local Budget Circular No. 152 dated August 2, 2023. The actual manual was not included under the issuances on the DBM website.

If there are any specific procedures to follow or forms to complete to obtain the manual, please do let me know.
