Good day! I applied for ERF from Teacher I to Teacher III. I received my approved ERF last June 2022 and I did not receive any update about my application til today (October 19, 2023). I would like to inquire for my NOSCA from your good office. My name is Renz Erica T. Santo of Zamboanga National High School West, Schools Division of Zamboanga City, Region IX. Thank you very much.

Dear Renz Erica Santo,

Greetings!

May we inform that this office received the request for staffing modification from DepEd ROIX last September 21, 2023. However, we cannot act on this yet due to the imposition of COMELEC Resolution No. 10924 where certain acts such as appointment, hiring, creation and filling-up, and promotion of employees are prohibited until October 29, 2023.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Secretary, Department of Budget and Management.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
