Hi! I would like to request for any government issuances from DOH or DBM or Civil Service Commission (CSC) regarding the prescribed ENTRY LEVEL plantilla position and salary grade for a medical technologist in a government facility in 2023. I was told that Medical Technologist I is no longer the entry level position for medical technologist in a government facility, rather it should be Medical Technologist II already. However, I need a copy of such mandate/issuance to serve as a reference for our human resource management office. Thank you!
