You request for information on, among others, the rate of honoraria to be granted to resource speakers, cost of participation of government personnel in trainings/seminars, and the rate of per diems.
Attached, for your perusal, are the following issuances:
(i) National Budget Circular No. 563 on the participation cost of government personnel in trainings/symposia;
(ii) Executive Order No. 77 on the allowable travel rates of government personnel for official travel; and
(iii) Budget Circular No. 2007-1 on the grant of honoraria to lecturers, speakers, resource persons.
