I'm writing to inquire about the status of the issuance of NOSCA for my approved ERF from Head Teacher I to Head Teacher III from the DepEd Region III-Schools Division of Nueva Ecija. My ERF was approved and sent to your office last November 2021.

Dear Marc Arvi Quiroz,

Thank you for your request dated December 3, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch requesting an update in the issuance of NOSCA on your approved ERF last November, 2021. 

We would like to inform you that this Office already issued the FY 2022 NOSCAs for the Approved ERFs, MTs and Reclassification of Positions. Upon checking on our records, we regret to inform you that your name was not included in the lists submitted by DepEd-Nueva Ecija.

In view hereof, you may coordinate with the said Division Office as they are in the best position to answer your query.
