This refers to your request for information on the processes undertaken by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) with regard to the creation of plantilla positions in a national government agency (NGA).

The  process flowchart adopted by the DBM for the evaluation of organization, staffing, position classification, and compensation requests of the different NGAs may be found in the DBM Citizen’s Charter (www.dbm.gov.ph).
