Given that COA-DBM Joint Circular No. 2, S. 2020 with regards to Job Orders and Contract of Service Workers is effective only until December 31, 2022 as per Section 11.1, are there any new information/circular/memorandum which we can use to determine the future status of affected workers?
This is to give us(them) an idea of whatever is in store.
