Hi! Would like to request for information.

I've been an OIC-Asst. Chief in a Division for about 5 months already. Am I entitled to a RATA? If yes, how can I claim?

You asked for RATA for an Officer-in-Charge (OIC) .

Please note that National Budget Circular No. 548 provides the rules and regulations on the grant of Representation and Transportation Allowances (RATA) to government officials and employees.   Item 8.0 thereof  prescribes the applicable rules in the case of those designated as an OIC. 

Attached is a copy of said Circular for your perusal.
