I'm writing to inquire about the status of the issuance of NOSCA for my approved ERF from Teacher I to Teacher III from the DepEd Region IV-A Schools Division of Batangas Province.My ERF was approved and sent to your office last February 2022.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office has not received any request for the reclassification of your position based on the approved Equivalent Records Form. However, you may wish to contact and coordinate directly with the Department of Education Regional Office IV-A or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph .
