Hello DBM,

I would just like to ask when will the SG15 and 16 be implemented for entry level nurses working under state-run hospitals and health institutions?

I have read that the DBM is still awaiting for the final decision to come out for them to issue the necessary guidelines for its implementation. My question is, weren't the SC ruling in 2019 and the 2020 budget law signed by Pres. Duterte final and executory?

Dear Mr. Dizon,

This refers to your query on when will the adjustment in the salary grade (SG) for entry-level nurses working in state-run hospitals and health institutions.

In his Affirmation Message in the FY 2020 National Budget, the President subjected the implementation of the salary upgrading of the Nurse I positions to the issuance of the guidelines by the DBM, subject to the finality of said SC Decision.
