Hi, I would like to request the following documents:
1.) General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 1966
2.) GAA FY 1967
3.) GAA FY 1968
4.) GAA FY 1969
5.) GAA FY 1970
6.) GAA FY 1971
I am requesting this to get further readings into the appropriations of the Philippine Civic Action Group Vietnam (PHILCAG), a subject for a potential thesis. This should help me understand the level of support from the government for assistance to South Vietnam.

This pertains to your request for the following documents:
1) General Appropriations Act (GAA) Fiscal Year (FY) 1966;
2) GAA FY 1967;
3) GAA FY 1968;
4) GAA FY 1969;
5) GAA FY 1970; and
6) GAA FY 1971.
Upon checking in the GAAs available at the DBM Library, we did not find specific appropriations for PhilCAG. However, there is an appropriation for “economic and technical assistance to South Vietnam, pursuant to Republic Act No. 4162” under the Office of the President.
