While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) of the Department of Finance - Bureau of Local Government Finance  
since they may have the necessary information regarding the time series you requested.
