I would like to have an information regarding plantilla positions in the State Universities and Colleges pertaining to test technician and test specialist, which is applicable for registered psychometricians licensed by the PRC.

This refers to your inquiry with regard to the plantilla positions in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) pertaining to test technician and test specialist items.

You may wish to peruse the Index of Occupational Services, Occupational Groups, Classes and Salary Grades (IOS for brevity) for a list of applicable positions in national government agencies, including SUCs.

You may secure a copy of the IOS , which was circularized under Budget Circular No. 2022-2, from the DBM website www.dbm.gov.ph ( Publications:  Compendium of Issuances on Organization, Staffing, Position Classification and Compensation).
