2.)  memo circular for reallocation of positions in occupational health services

Dear Mr. Lim,

This refers to your request for a copy of the (i) salary grade schedule for medical officers, and (ii) memorandum circular for the reallocation of positions in occupational health services.

With regard to your first request, National Budget Circular No. 572 dated January 3, 2018 provides the guidelines and the salary schedule for the implementation of the Third Tranche compensation adjustment of civilian personnel under Executive Order No. 201.

Conversely, National Budget Circular No. 521 dated July 1, 2009 provides for the reallocation of a number of positions, including those in the medical field.  The Annex B which you mentioned in your letter is the same Annex B referred to under the said Circular.  

We hope we have been able to address your concerns adequately.
