In your request, you asked for the copy of the BOM 2023 Edition.

Response to your request:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot accommodate your request since what you attached as proof of your identification is the back portion of your LTO License ID.  

In order for us to properly facilitate your request for information, please attach and upload a copy of the front side of your valid ID. Please upload the proper proof of identification for us to verify your identity.

In this regard, we regret to inform you that this specific request shall be denied for being classified as an invalid request. 

You may request again through this eFOI portal after complying with the requirements set forth by the Freedom of Information. Lastly, should you intend to make another similar request, may we know if the 2023 Budget Operations Manual (BOM) for LGUs is what you intend to request?
