Good morning! May I request for:

1.) Policy/guidelines on Anniversary Bonus of the Agency which reached its 15 years? 
2.) How much is the specific amount of anniversary bonus (15 years)? ; and 
3.) How/where does the Agency get its fund intended for Anniversary Bonus?

For information, our Agency has reached its 15-year milestone last June 2017. Personnel were promised to receive an amount of 3,000.00. However, we were disappointed to be informed that this was cancelled due to.. (actually, we do not know the exact reason).
