Thank you for your request dated Apr 28, 2021 03:47:43 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Editable Forms for Multi-Year Contracting Authority/Multi-Year Obligations Auhtority.

Per our verification, your concern is connected with the ISO engagement of DND-OSEC. Relatedly, we have already coordinated your concern to DND-OSEC proper. You may secure a copy to the said agency.
