Hi! I would like to request a copy of the GAA for the Fiscal Years 1992 until 1998 (Ramos Administration) and Fiscal Years 1998 up to 2001 (Estrada Administration). 

If full copies of the GAA for said years are not available, then may I request scanned pages of the appropriations for the Office of the President and Office of the Vice President only.

You asked for General Appropriations Act FY 1992 to 1998 and 1998 to 2001 and/or scanned pages of the OP and OVP portions of the GAA.
