I would like to request for information on whether the funds amounting to P150,000,000 covered by SARO No. A-13-01134 issued on July 5, 2013 is part of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) allocation of Senator Franklin Drilon for 2013.
For this purpose, please issue a certification on the classification of the funds (whether PDAF or DAP or regular GAA) and a copy of the SARO.
