Dear Ms. Rivera,

This refers to your request for a copy of the latest issuance providing for the grant of Anniversary Bonus (AB) to local government units (LGUs). 

Local Budget Circular No. 65 dated March 3, 1997 provides the rules and regulations on the grant of the AB in LGUs.  You may access a copy of the Circular from the DBM website www.dbm.gov.ph under Publications:  Compendium of Issuance on Organization, Staffing, Position Classification and Compensation.
