Hi Sir / Madam,

I would like to request for copies of the following documents of the Municipality of Liloan:

- Annual Investment Plan ("AIP") for the Year 2017 to YE2019

I am an accountant, and this request is for research and academic purposes. I tried the webpage of the municipality (liloan.gov.ph) however, only the AIP for FY2015 is available. Furthermore, I would like to know the priority projects undertaken by the Municipality through the AIPs.

Your Request

You asked for Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of the Municipality of Liloan specifically the AIP for 2017 to 2019,

Response to Request

We wish to respectfully inform you that the said data is currently not available to DBM. The DBM only reviews the Annual Budget of the Provinces and Highly Urbanized Cities (HUCs). Municipalities under Provinces submit their Annual Budget with their respective Sanggunian Panglungsod are the ones who review and approve their budgets. 

Moreover, given the nature of the AIP, this is being approved before the start of the subject year. Furthermore, the AIP should be from the medium-term expenditure and financing plans of the LGU is contained in the Local Development Investment Plan. As such, you may be looking for the LDIP rather than the AIP.
