I currently work for PDAO and volunteer for various CSOs and DPOs. May I request for an ideal organizational chart of an LGU-municipal (eg. per department/offices and what offices should be there) with the appropriate plantilla positions and qualifications for each and other human capital management information for the LGU? My hope is that as we advocate for the protection of all, LGU stakeholders will be more inclined to support calls to have PDAO to the letter of RA 10070.
