Hi! Good day! I am a 4th year student and I am currently conducting my thesis entitled, "Assessment of Revenue and Expenditures of Barangay Local Government Units in Carmen, Cotabato". In line with that, I would like to request records of each Barangay in Carmen, Cotabato, of the following in the years 2019, 2020, and 2021:
1. Budget of Expenditures and Sources of Financing; and
2. Statement of Receipts and Expenditures.
