Hi! Sir/Ma'am, request for a copy of the DBM's official communications with the DOJ requesting for the latter's legal opinion with regards to the interpretations of the provisions of Item III of Congressional Joint Resolution No. 1, Series 2018, dealing on the suspension of indexation of MUP pensioners' pension relative to the current base pay of those in the active service for FY 2018.
