The Budget Deliberations in both Legislative Chambers are about to begin. Hence, kindly give me an e-copy of the 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA). Thank you.

Warm greetings from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).

Thank you for your request dated 28 July 2023, under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) or the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In your request, you asked for an electronic copy of the 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA). 

Response to your request:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have yet the information you have requested.

Considering that the 2024 GAA is still subject for the deliberation of Congress and approval of the President, the copy of the said document is still not available to be released by this Department.
