Hi, 

This is to request the following documents from your Department: 
1. The status of the preparation and approval of Devolution Transition Plans pursuant to EO 138, 2021.
2. List of agencies who submitted DTPs for approval. 
3. List of agencies who have not submitted DTPs for approval. 
4. Target approval dates for agencies.  
5. Copies of the Devolution Transition Plan each Department submitted to the Committee for Devolution. 
6. A copy of the DTP of the DBM. 

This is for academic research purposes.
