1. Requirements or Criteria in GOCCs of elevating Division Level to Department Level (Organizational Structure)

a. How many offices required (number of Divisions under Department) 
b. How many manpower requirement

Kudos po sa Team ng DBM and DOH for addressing my concerns.. Na address po ito within 24 hours , tinawagan po nila agad ako to settle this. I just want to commend theses offices for OUTSTANDING delivery of services. Nageffort and naglaan ng oras para masagot lhat ng concerns ko.
