You may retrieve your requested information from the DBM website with the link: http://reports.dbm.gov.ph/ira.php > click on the appropriate fiscal year > select Provinces, Cities, Municipalities > select appropriate Region > click Search. Another option is through this link: https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/budget-documents/2019/budget-of-expenditures-and-sources-of-financing-fy-2019 and then access Tables F.7 to F. 9, and F.13 to F.15.
