I would like to request the following:

1) How did the government raise funds for the rehabilitation of the city

2) Top contributor (whether private or public) of goods and cash

3) Allocation of funds to establishments and individuals

Its been 5 days since the date you told me to expect the document. Worse is that you did not send any e-mail for an apology or extension.
