Dear Mr. Adbulhalim, 

This refers to your request for an update regarding the release of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) for scholar graduates of DOST-SEI under the Junior Level Science Scholarship Program (JLSSP). 

Please be informed that the preparation of the NOSCA for DepEd Regional Offices/Schools Division/Schools is already delegated to our Regional Offices.  Accordingly, you may wish to coordinate directly with our DBM Regional Office   regarding your concern.
