Good day!  I'm currently searching for legal basis for the issuance of additional bonus for LGU officials and employees. We come across the budget circular, however we cannot found the full text of the circular in the internet. May I request for a copy. Thank you in advance!

Your asked for a  copy of Budget Circular 2001-02.

Please be informed that the latest issuances with regard to the compensation of government employees may be downloaded from the DBM website www.dbm.gov.ph under Compendium of Issuances on Organization, Position Classification, Staffing and Compensation.

May we further inform you that the President has just signed Administrative Order No. 1, authorizing the one-time grant of Special Recognition Incentive to government personnel, including employees of Local Government Units.
