Hello!

I am Jailene Faye Rojas from the Department of Health. I would like to request for a copy of DBM Circular Letter No. 2007-6 dated February 19, 2007 or the Manual on Position Classification and Compensation. We were unable to secure a copy from the web. This document will be used as basis for the development of the Guidelines on the Use of the Special Health Fund as provided for by the Universal Health Care Act of 2019.
