Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 24, 2021 11:33:13 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your inquiry is about the grant of Gratuity Pay to Job order (JO)  and contract of service workers (COS) for FY 2021.

The grant of the FY 2020 Gratuity Pay to JO and COS workers was anchored on Administrative Order No. 38 issued by the Office of the President.  

May we further note that no administrative/executive assistance has yet been issued providing for the grant of the same benefit to JO and COS workers for the current year.
